Country stir-fry: Stir-fried pork belly with dried beans
Overview
A colleague in the company gave me some dried beans that her mother brought from Hunan. I didn’t expect that the beans would be so fragrant after being dried. It has a special flavor unique to local products, with an original fragrance. My colleague said that it is used to stir-fry meat, and it has a unique flavor!
