Soak black fungus, remove stems and wash; slice onions and green and red peppers;

Fry the peanuts until cooked and set aside;

Pour water into a pot, add a little salt, and after the water boils, add fungus and side dishes, blanch for about 1 minute;

Take out and let cool;

Drain the water;

Put all seasonings into a small bowl;
