Grilled Squid Balls with Garlic Sauce
Overview
Garlic sprouts contain nutrients such as protein, carotene, thiamine, and riboflavin; they have the effect of refreshing the spleen and eliminating food accumulation. It also has good bactericidal and bacteriostatic effects, and can effectively prevent influenza, enteritis and other diseases caused by environmental pollution. I combined the garlic sprouts and cuttlefish balls (leftover from the hot pot) and stir-fried them with Kingler sauce. It was another quick dish to go with rice.
