Thai Charcoal Grilled Pork Belly
Overview
Everyone knows about Thai charcoal grilled pork neck, but sometimes pork neck is really not easy to buy. Today I used pork belly to grill, which is slightly fatty and fully blends the aroma of various spices, especially the aroma of lemongrass. It is fat but not greasy, and thin but not woody.
