Colorful steamed buns
Overview
Dip the leftover steamed buns in egg liquid and fry them until crispy. Add some vegetables and stir-fry them. It’s a good way to eat them in different ways

Crack an egg into a small bowl, add appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of water, appropriate amount of pepper powder and mix thoroughly

Slice the steamed buns and dip them in the egg liquid

Pour oil into the pan and add the steamed bun slices dipped in egg liquid

Fry both sides until golden brown and serve

Cut the fried steamed bun slices into cubes

Dice carrots

Chayote diced

Slice onion diagonally

Add an appropriate amount of vegetable oil to the wok, add diced carrots and stir-fry until brown

Add chayote and stir-fry

Add green onion slices and stir-fry

Add a spoonful of light soy sauce, a spoonful of cooking wine, appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry
