Cut the tofu into 1cm square pieces and set aside

Cut the garlic into 1cm long sections and set aside

Chili peppers cut into sections

Cut green onion into small pieces and shred ginger

Add oil to the pot, heat and fry the tofu

Fry until golden brown, drain and set aside

Leave some fried cooked peanuts in the pot for later use

Mix cooking wine, light soy sauce, sugar, salt and vinegar into juice

Leave some oil in the pot, add onion, ginger and chili and saute until fragrant

Pour the prepared juice into

When the sauce is boiling, add the fried tofu and stir-fry for a while

Then add garlic and peanuts and stir-fry

Add a spoonful of starch to an appropriate amount of water to make water starch

Pour in water starch to thicken the gravy, stir-fry evenly

Arrange on a plate, sprinkle with some white sesame seeds to garnish and enjoy
