Overview
Sometimes we don’t have time to buy groceries, so we rely on the stock in the refrigerator. There are dried fungus and dried shiitake mushrooms, soak some in them, take a piece of meat from the refrigerator, and then look at the refrigerator compartment. There is a small onion and half a red pepper. Just stir-fry these dishes. Not to mention it tastes good and goes well with rice!

Wash and soak the fungus, remove the roots and tear into small florets;

Wash the dried shiitake mushrooms, soak them and cut them into small pieces;

Remove the dry skin from onions, wash and cut into pieces, peel and slice ginger;

Wash the red pepper, remove the stems and seeds, and cut into diamond-shaped pieces;

Wash and slice lean meat;

Add appropriate amount of sauce and marinate for 10 minutes;

Add oil to the wok, add ginger slices and fry until fragrant;

Add the meat slices and stir-fry over medium heat until the meat slices turn white;

Stir-fry until fragrant, add fungus and stir-fry evenly;

Add appropriate amount of fresh soy sauce to taste;

Add an appropriate amount of water for soaking the mushrooms;

Add appropriate amount of salt and stir well;

Then add red pepper cubes and onion cubes and stir-fry evenly;

Stir-fry until the red pepper and onion are broken, add appropriate amount of water to the cornstarch and stir well, then slowly pour it into the pot and stir well;
