Spicy Short Ribs
Overview
This is a pork rib dish that is braised, fried and then stir-fried. It tastes delicious, spicy and fragrant.

Wash the pork chops. Soak in bleeding water.

Add cooking wine and blanch the ginger. Add a little soy sauce and marinate for more than an hour.

Prepare old brine. Open the water and add the pork ribs. Place the ribs. Bring the water to a boil again and then turn to medium heat and simmer for half an hour.

Turn off the heat and let the ribs soak for a while to absorb the flavor.

We soak the green pepper and dried pepper segments in water so that they won't burn easily after a while.

Take out the braised pork ribs, cool and set aside.

Cut green and red peppers and onions into small pieces and set aside.

Put a little more oil in the pot, turn on medium heat and fry the ribs until golden brown on both sides.

Set aside fried pork ribs.

Turn on the minimum heat and sauté the green and red peppers, onions, green peppers and dried chilies until fragrant.

Put the ribs on top and stir-fry twice over high heat. Put it on a plate and add cumin powder and chili powder according to taste. If you don't like chili, add barbecue powder.
