Pea and Glutinous Rice Pork Ribs
Overview
Spare ribs are my favorite. They taste delicious no matter how you make them. I made them once some time ago and thought they were not perfect. Today my parents-in-law came to my house for dinner and I made some improvements. They were highly recognized by the elderly and I felt very happy.

Soak the glutinous rice for 1 day in advance, wash the ribs, add all the seasonings and mix well, marinate for half an hour, add the glutinous rice and mix well.

Steam in pressure cooker for 50 minutes.

While steaming the ribs, cook the peas, add an appropriate amount of salt, and cook until soft.

Remove the cooked green peas from cold boiling water.
