Mushroom meatballs
Overview
Children like to eat mushroom and meatballs very much. There are too many additives in the ones bought from outside, so I don’t feel safe eating them, so I’d better make them myself. Don’t add a drop of oil, healthy and delicious!

-
minced ginger
-
Chop chives
-
After thawing the frozen minced meat, add minced green onion, minced ginger, rice wine, oyster sauce, sugar and light soy sauce and mix well
-
Add an egg to the well-mixed meat filling and mix well
-
Soak an appropriate amount of dried shiitake mushrooms and then mince them. Reserve the water used for soaking the shiitake mushrooms for later use
-
Peel and mince a carrot
-
Peel and chop a yam
-
Add the minced powder from steps 5, 6, and 7 to the stirred step 4
-
I used four chopsticks to stir, added an appropriate amount of soaked mushroom water in batches, and stirred until the minced meat was thickened
-
Pinch and squeeze out meatballs of about the same size from the tiger's mouth
-
Use a small spoon to scoop out the meatballs from the tiger's mouth and place them one by one into the preheated air fryer basket. No need to brush with oil
-
Cook at 200 degrees for fifteen minutes. At ten minutes, pull out the frying basket and flip the meatballs
-
It doesn’t use a drop of oil, but it can bring out a lot of oil in the meat. It’s delicious just as it is. Fry more and put them in quick-freeze. When eating hot pot, put a few in the pot. It’s delicious
