Rose Flower Shaobing
Overview
The few roses I harvested at the end were not enough to make sauce, so I made them directly into flower sesame cakes. I usually eat sesame biscuits with different sweet and salty flavors, but the sweet sesame biscuits with roses are extra delicious.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the roses with water and remove the moisture
-
Knead the rock sugar powder and rose flowers until they are completely wilted into a paste, then add 10 grams of cooked flour
-
Set aside the mixed flower filling.
-
Add yeast powder to milk and stir well
-
Pour the stirred milk into the bread machine, add flour, eggs and sugar, and use 1 kneading cycle to knead the dough until smooth. I was too lazy to use the bread machine. It is also possible to knead the dough by hand
-
Ferment until doubled in size.
-
Deflate the fermented dough and let it rest for about 10 minutes
-
Take a piece of dough and roll it into a round shape, then fill it with rose filling
-
After wrapping tightly, brush with water and sprinkle with sesame seeds. I forgot to take a picture of the sesame dipped in sesame seeds, so I explained it in the text,
-
In a frying pan, fry over medium-low heat until both sides are golden brown, about 5-6 minutes.
