Overview
Spicy is one of the eight strange things in Shaanxi. This dish is my husband’s favorite. Freshly steamed steamed buns filled with spicy pepper are so satisfying and refreshing.

Prepare the ingredients. Peel and clean the green and red peppers and coriander, peel and wash the garlic, and wash the green onions.

Cut the washed green and red peppers into rings and then mince them.

Finely mince garlic and coriander, and chop green onions into finely chopped pieces.

Take a small bowl and put the minced chili pepper, minced garlic, minced coriander and chopped green onion into it. Add salt, sugar, pepper, Sichuan pepper powder and chicken essence.

Heat oil in a pot. When the oil starts to smoke, use a small spoon to pour the oil on the chili peppers.

Add a little sesame oil, light soy sauce and cold vinegar to it, stir well and enjoy.
