  1. Prepare the ingredients, brush the shell of the mussels, remove the gills and set aside;

  4. Boil an appropriate amount of water in a pot, add a slice of ginger and half a cup of cooking wine, add mussels and cook for 2 minutes, take out the mussels;

  5. Heat the oil separately, add the other half of the chopped garlic, onions, peppers, and shredded ginger and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the mussels and add the sauce prepared in step 3;

  6. Add the basil and stir-fry evenly, turn off the heat and pour lemon juice over it.
