Sautéed Noodles
Overview
When I first got married, I moved to the foot of Cuihua Mountain in Chang'an, Xi'an. My husband and I had a few quarrels because we didn't know how to make the local noodles. Taiyi Saozi Noodles are somewhat similar to the soup noodles from my parents’ family. They are both soup noodles and are essential for weddings and weddings. The difference is that the noodles require more noodles and less soup. The host does not adjust the noodles, but puts the spicy oil, salt, soy sauce, and vinegar on the table for you to adjust yourself.
