Leek and egg wontons

The wontons made by my grandma have thin skin and big fillings, and are delicious.

Knead the dough into a soft dough and let it rest for 20 minutes.

Scramble the eggs.

Finely chop onion and ginger.

In the basin, add chopped onions and ginger, peppercorns, soy sauce, chopped eggs, and an appropriate amount of oil.

Add chopped leeks, dried shrimps and a small amount of salt.

Stir into filling.

Roll out the dough thinly and cut into diamond shapes.

Take a piece of dough and put appropriate amount of filling.

Fold in half along the narrow diagonal and pinch both sides to form an isosceles triangle.

Pinch the two base corners of the triangle back together.

Look at it from another angle, beautiful wontons.

Wrap them one by one.

Heat up the wok, sauté onion, ginger and soy sauce.

Add an appropriate amount of water and boil it. Grandma cooked it for everyone at once.

After the water boils, add the wontons.

Once the wontons are cooked, add a handful of lettuce and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Pour into a bowl and enjoy.
