Blanch seafood mushrooms and set aside.

Slice the pork, cut the baby cabbage into cubes, and mince the onion, ginger, and garlic.

Add Sichuan peppercorns, Sichuan peppercorns, and dried chili peppers to the dry pot.

Roast over low heat until fragrant.

Add light soy sauce and starch to the meat slices, mix well, and pound the roasted Sichuan peppercorns into powder and set aside.

Heat oil in a wok, add onion, ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant.

Add red bean paste.

Fry out the red oil.

Add baby cabbage and stir-fry until soft.

Add seafood mushrooms.

Add water to boil and season with salt.

First remove the vegetables and put them in a container.

Put the meat slices into the boiling soup one by one. Finally, cook for about half a minute until the meat is cooked through.

Pour the meat slices and soup over the vegetables. Add the crushed Sichuan peppercorns, dried chili shreds, (you can control the spiciness) and then pour a spoonful of hot oil.
