Soak black rice and glutinous rice in water for a day.

Mix soaked black rice and glutinous rice

Add minced onion and ginger, soy sauce, cooking wine, egg liquid, and salt to the meat filling and beat well.

Use a spoon to take a spoonful of meat filling, shape it slightly, put it into a rice bowl, and cover it evenly.

Put the prepared meatballs into the steamer, steam over high heat, then turn to medium heat and steam for about 20 minutes.

After steaming, simmer slightly and remove from the pot.
