Frozen tofu and crab stew
Overview
They say you live by the sea and eat from the sea~~~ As a cook who lives in a coastal city, the dish I cook most is of course seafood. Put a crab in the frozen tofu and cook it in a casserole. Not to mention how delicious it is on the winter dinner table!

Prepare crabs, frozen tofu, and soaked black fungus.

Wash the crabs with a brush, remove the bottom cover, gills, stomach, cut in half, and sprinkle some starch.

Heat the oil in the pan, add crabs, fry until they change color, then remove.

Take a small casserole and put in frozen tofu.

Add black fungus, crab, ginger slices and green onions.

Add crab lids, cooking wine, appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over medium heat, and simmer for 20 minutes.

Add some salt, smoke first, and bring the pepper to a boil.

Sprinkle some chopped green onion and serve.
