Mushroom and black-bone chicken soup
Overview
There's no feast without chicken. Sometimes I cook it plain-cut but I'm afraid of eating leftovers. Sometimes I cook it stir-fried but I'm afraid of wasting good ingredients. Generally, if there is a family dinner at home, one will definitely go to someone’s home in the mountains to buy a free-range chicken. This kind of chicken is delicious when cooked plainly, and it is nourishing when made into chicken soup. Today I used this half of the black-bone chicken to make a black-bone chicken soup, which was flavored with flower mushrooms. My family liked it very much. Now I will share it with my friends. If you like it, you can also refer to it.
