  2. Wash the fish, drain it and fry until fragrant, but not too dry and burnt

  3. Cut the radish into hob pieces and sprinkle with salt

  4. Heat the oil to 80% and sauté the ginger and garlic until fragrant, then add the radish and stir-fry quickly over high heat for a while

  5. Add water and bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes

  6. Add fish, add appropriate amount of black bean sauce, oyster sauce and sugar, simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes
