Prepare materials

Put the shrimps and tigers in a large basin with more water, stir them with chopsticks and clean them

Put 10 ml of water in the pot, add 3 slices of ginger, more than 10 peppercorns, 1 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of cooking wine

Bring the water to a boil

Add the washed shrimps and tigers, cover and cook

Use a shovel to turn over once in between

Prepare the sauce of balsamic vinegar and grated ginger

In about 5 or 6 minutes, all the shrimps and tigers will turn red
