Cut off one or two lamb chops and cut along the ribs without breaking them

Make a sauce with light soy sauce, honey, oyster sauce, cumin seeds, pepper, rosemary and thyme

Spread the sauce evenly on both sides of the lamb chops, wrap tightly in plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator overnight; if you are eating in a hurry, store it for at least two hours

The next day, wrap the lamb chops in tin foil, put it in the oven after preheating it to 200 degrees for 10 minutes, and bake for 45 minutes. Then remove the tin foil, spread the sauce again, sprinkle with cumin powder, chili powder, a small amount of salt, and bake for 10 minutes on both sides
