Overview

Minced meat tofu --- a copycat version of Mapo tofu. Although the recipe is not authentic, the taste is just as spicy, spicy, fresh and fragrant. It is a good choice for bibimbap and noodles.

  8. Add the tofu and add boiled water to cover the tofu. Bring to a boil, turn to medium-low heat and simmer for about 5 minutes.
