Mushroom and meat noodle soup

Ingredients: hand-made noodles, pork belly stuffing, carrots, mushrooms, leeks, taro, green onions, and ginger.

Chop onions and ginger, chop mushrooms into small dices, chop leeks, and cut carrots and taro into small dices.

Boil water in a pot, put in hand-rolled noodles and cook.

Take another pot, add cooking oil, add pork belly filling and stir-fry over low heat.

Add cooking wine, add light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Add chopped green onions and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add diced carrots and taro and stir-fry.

Add salt and pepper and stir-fry until the taro is medium cooked.

Add diced mushrooms and stir-fry.

Add oyster sauce and continue to stir-fry.
