Wash the plum meat and cut it with a knife, as shown in the picture.

Add salt and pepper and marinate for 10 minutes.

Prepare side dishes. Cut carrots, peppers, and onions into diamond-shaped slices. Crush the garlic.

Mix the flour and starch with water in a basically 1:1 ratio (a little more starch) until it becomes a thin paste. (If it is dry or thin, use flour to make it even. If it is dry, add water. If it is thin, add some flour. The amount should be less)

Pour the meat into the batter. Stir well.

Heat a pot of oil, heat it for 60-70 minutes, blanch the carrots in the oil, take them out for 10 seconds and set aside.

Fry the meat piece by piece in a pan over medium heat until golden brown.
