Add water to the flour and stir it into dough with chopsticks.

Knead into a ball and let it rise for about 5 minutes.

Knead the dough again into a smooth dough, brush the surface with cooking oil and cover it to rest for 2 hours. (You can knead it at night and do it in the morning)

The risen dough is very soft and can be pressed to the thickness of the back of a knife.

Cut into strips.

First pinch and pull slowly with your hands, and then flick it on the board a few times.

Cooked in two pots.

Boil the water, add the noodles and cook, adding cold water twice halfway. (If you like it softer, cook it more)

The burnt ones are cut in advance and set aside.

Sauté the ingredients in hot oil.

Add potato slices and stir-fry until browned.

Pour in braised beef and stir-fry.

Add salt, vinegar and light soy sauce.

Add a little water and stir-fry over low heat to get the flavor.

Put the cooked ramen noodles into a bowl and add some noodles water.

Pour in the fried beef and soup.

Serving size for two bowls, one large and one small.
