Mutton, Wild Rice, Stewed Carrots
Overview
Mutton replenishes essence and blood, and has low fat content. I have stewed a lot of soups recently, and I was surprised to find that mutton and radish soup has a better lactation-inducing effect than other soups. It is said that wild rice has a galactogenic effect, so it is added. Mutton is warm in nature and can easily cause internal heat if eaten too much. Radish neutralizes the cold nature and also has the effect of removing mutton, making the mutton taste delicious without the overpowering smell of mutton. Adding minced coriander at the end also has the effect of improving flavor and removing odor.
