  6. Adjust the wonton soup, usually use broth if you have broth. In order to reduce fat, I use boiling water, add salt, green onions, sesame oil, dried shrimps, seaweed, vinegar. If you like spicy food, you can add chili oil or chili powder. If you like pepper, you can add some. Put the wontons in a pot of boiling water, then order cold water three times, open the lid and cook the last time, remove them and put them in a soup bowl.
