Fish-flavored King Oyster Mushroom
Overview
I have been losing weight recently, eating more vegetarian food and less meat. Today I made a vegetarian dish with fish-flavored king oyster mushrooms. King oyster mushrooms are paired with carrots and black fungus, which are rich in nutrients. The fish-flavored king oyster mushrooms are salty, sweet, sour and spicy, and taste great.
