I love eating shrimps, but it’s a bit troublesome to make salt and pepper shrimps. I usually only make them on weekends when I have free time. Because I don’t add peppers, my children like to eat them~it’s really delicious

Wash the prawns

Find the second segment on the back of the shrimp, pierce it with a toothpick, and pull out the shrimp lines.

Remove the shrimp heads, open the backs of the shrimps with scissors, wash them with water, add cooking wine, vinegar, salt, pepper, steamed fish soy sauce and marinate for half to an hour~

Remove the marinated shrimps to drain them. After the oil pan is hot, add the shrimps.

Fry until the shrimp skin is golden brown and the skin on the back cracks and the meat turns outward, remove and place on a plate to control oil.

Leave a little oil in the pot, add shredded ginger and sauté until fragrant, then add in the sliced lotus root and stir-fry.

Then pour in the oil-controlled shrimps, green onions, and an appropriate amount of pepper, salt, and cumin according to personal taste. Continue to stir-fry for a while and then turn off the heat. Delicious salt-and-pepper shrimps are ready
