Cumin mutton
Overview
I haven’t eaten mutton kebabs for a long time. I really want to eat them. I don’t have bamboo skewers at home, so I just fry the cumin mutton and eat it. Add leaf lettuce, garlic slices, and bean paste to make a delicious barbecue

Cut the lamb into small pieces, about finger size.

Add marinated meat ingredients (except starch) and mix evenly.

Then add starch, stir evenly, cover and marinate for 15 minutes.

Prepare dry ingredients, mince onion and ginger.

Put oil in the bottom of the pot, heat it 50%, put in the marinated mutton cubes, fry slowly over low heat until 8 is cooked, take it out and set aside.

After the mutton is fried and taken out, add chopped green onion, ginger, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce to the base oil and bring to a boil.

Add the fried mutton and stir-fry a few times.

Stir the dry ingredients evenly into the pot, stir well and remove from the pot.

Be sure to use a slotted spoon to drain out the base oil, do not use the base oil.
