Spinach Hot Noodle Soup
Overview
As a northerner, I love noodles the most. Just a handful of green vegetables and you can have a delicious pot of noodles. Either light or rich, you can never get tired of eating it. Today’s super simple hot spinach noodle soup uses wheat flour and a noodle machine. It is chewy and easy to make. With a handful of spring green spinach, it is ready for lunch.
