Old Beijing Chicken Roll
Overview
The Old Beijing Chicken Roll is made of the same dough as the Mexican Chicken Roll, with chicken legs, cucumbers, green onions and sweet noodle sauce rolled up in it. The ingredients are exactly the same as the flavor of the Peking Duck. The Old Beijing Chicken Roll not only combines the convenience of eating on the go with fast food, but also satisfies the tastes of local consumers.

Prepare materials.

Cut chicken breast into strips.

Cut the chicken breast into strips, add cooking wine, dark soy sauce, pepper, and salt and marinate for 10 minutes.

Wash lettuce, cucumbers, and green onions separately.

Pour boiling water into the flour, stir with chopsticks while pouring the boiling water, until it forms a snowflake-like shape. Add cold water and form a dough. Wake up for 20 minutes.

Knead the risen dough evenly and cut into small pieces.
