Prepare materials. Slice the onion and ginger, and smash the garlic. Cut green and red peppers into rings. Cut dried chilies into small pieces.

Wash the arctic shrimp, drain the water, add starch, coat evenly with starch, and mix well.

Leave it for about 2 minutes, and the surface of the arctic shrimp will absorb the starch.

Heat the oil in a pan until the oil covers the Arctic shrimp.

Heat until 70% hot, add arctic shrimp, fry over medium heat until surface of arctic shrimp is dry and floating on the oil surface.
