Vegetarian Mixed with Three Vegetables
Overview
In the three vegetables mixed with vegetables, we have selected the current seasonal vegetables, spinach, soybean sprouts and cucumber. When making it, the first two are cooked vegetables and the latter is lettuce. Three ingredients, three Korean secret authentic sauces, and three unique flavors. In the hot summer, it is perfect for appetizing, relieving heat, and beautifying the skin.

Add water to the soup pot and bring to a boil. Put the spinach in the pot and cook for a while, then immediately place it in cold water. After cooling, gently squeeze out the water.

Remove the roots, then cut into 3cm long sections and squeeze out the water again.

Carefully put the squeezed spinach into a bowl, add garlic, scallions, white sesame seeds, soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt. Stir evenly and enjoy.

Put the soybean sprouts in the soup pot, add enough water, cover the pot and heat over high heat. After boiling, turn to medium heat and continue cooking for 5 minutes.

Strain the soup with a strainer and let the soybean sprouts cool down.

Add garlic, chives, white sesame seeds, sesame oil, and salt, mix well, and enjoy.

Cut the cucumber into 2cm long sections, sprinkle with salt and let it sit for 30 minutes until soft and squeeze out the water.

Add chili powder to cucumber and mix well.

Add chili sauce, soy sauce, sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger, mix well and enjoy.
