Braised Tofu with Double Mushrooms
Overview
The double mushrooms are shiitake mushrooms and king oyster mushrooms, and the tofu is soaked in tofu. This dish is braised in brown sauce, and the vegetarian dish tastes meaty. It goes very well with rice and is very popular.
