Assorted diced pork
Overview
The continuous autumn rain made the mood that I was looking forward to a sunny holiday suddenly become less clear. In fact, I really like the crisp air and light wind in autumn, but the autumn rain broke my expectations for the holiday. We stayed at home for two days in a row, watching the autumn rain slowly cooling the air temperature, and involuntarily gave up the intention of going out. I looked through the nearly empty refrigerator. In addition to the tenderloin I bought the day before, I also had the cucumbers I picked in the vegetable garden when I went to my sister’s house before the festival. I paired it with some carrots to make a simple assorted diced pork.
