Prepare ingredients: fried tofu, enoki mushrooms, garlic sprouts, pork ribs, and tomatoes.

Wash and cut the fried tofu, enoki mushrooms and garlic sprouts.

Cut the meat into cubes and dice the tomatoes.

Then prepare green onions and minced garlic.

Heat the oil in a casserole, add the pork and stir-fry.

Then add the onion and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add tomatoes and fry to release juice.

Add green garlic and sauté until it changes color.
