You can also make more at one time and store it in the refrigerator, so you can eat it as you go, which is very convenient~~ This time I used pork belly, boneless chicken legs, tofu, eggs, and two pieces of dried tofu. You can also braise some chicken feet, chicken wings, lotus roots, etc. according to your preference. In short, just whatever you like. Main ingredients: pork belly, northern tofu, eggs, dried tofu.

Boil the eggs, peel them and set aside

Make a few straight cuts in the middle of the dried tofu to facilitate the flavor. Cut the northern tofu into large thick slices 2 cm thick. Debone the chicken legs, roll them tightly, and tie them with cotton rope.

Put the cut tofu into the frying pan and fry until golden brown and firm on several sides. Set aside.

Put the pork belly and rolled chicken legs in a pot under cold water, add onion, ginger, and cooking wine, bring to a boil over high heat, skim off the foam, and blanch

Remove the blanched pork belly and chicken drumstick rolls.

Braised pork seasoning: stewed meat soup, stewed meat packets, dried chili peppers, star anise, rock sugar, angelica dahurica, cloves, vanilla, bay leaves and other spices

Put a little water in the pot, add the crushed rock sugar and stir-fry the sugar color over low heat.
