Spicy stir-fried pork
Overview
It’s been a while since I’ve been cooking seriously, what are you thinking of doing? I remembered that the stir-fried pork I had in a restaurant was good. The ingredients were simple, it was easy to make, and it tasted great with rice. I searched for recipes on Gourmet World as a reference. The taste here is quite strong, so I added numbing and spicy ingredients. As a result, my husband ate the stir-fried pork and ate up three bowls of rice in a blink of an eye, and kept praising it: delicious! Delicious!

Steps
-
Prepare the materials that need to be modified. The red ones are pickled peppers. Red and green look more beautiful together.
-
Cut the three-strand meat into thin slices.
-
Put a small amount of oil in a cold pan, add the meat in the cold oil, and stir-fry over medium heat. When the meat is formed, add shredded ginger and continue to stir-fry.
-
Stir-fry until the meat starts to brown slightly. Remove excess oil from the pan, leaving a small amount.
-
Add a small amount of dark soy sauce and stir-fry for a few times. Remove the meat and set aside, leaving the oil in the pan. Add the spicy peppers, pickled peppers, and Sichuan peppercorns to the pot and stir-fry for a few times. Then put the meat back into the pot. Add other seasonings (except garlic sprouts, salt, and MSG) into the pot and stir-fry together.

Finally, add garlic sprouts, salt and MSG according to personal taste, stir-fry for a few times and remove from the pan.
