Prepare materials, separate egg whites and yolks (take 4 egg whites, 3 egg yolks)

Add 35g of fine sugar to the egg yolks and beat with a whisk until foamy

Then add water, salad oil, 2 drops of lemon juice and mix well

Sift the flour and half a teaspoon of cornstarch into the egg yolk paste

Use a whisk to beat into a smooth batter

Add 30g of fine sugar to the egg whites in two batches and beat with a whisk until wet peaks

Take one third of the beaten egg whites, add it to the egg yolk batter and mix evenly

Then pour the mixed batter back into the remaining two-thirds of the egg whites, and fold into a fine cake batter
