Dried rice and winter melon soup
Overview
In the past few days, I have really felt that winter has arrived. The highest temperatures are in the single digits and the lowest temperatures are directly below zero. When the weather is cold, make some hot soup. Use dried shrimps and Chinese sausage to stew winter melon. It is simple, convenient and quick to make. It tastes very delicious and has a high warming index.
