Braised Pork Meatballs
Overview
A very enjoyable meat dish. Pork and day lily go really well together. The braise has a braised flavor, and the soup is really great when mixed with rice.

Add eggs, starch, cooking wine, soy sauce, salt, green onion and ginger to the meat filling and beat well.

Use a spoon to scoop into balls, add them to 60% hot oil, and fry over medium heat.

Fry until the meatballs swell and float on the oil surface and are cooked through.

Soak the dried yellow flowers in warm water in advance.

Wash repeatedly and cut into sections with a knife.

Heat a little oil in a pot, add chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant. Add day lily and stir-fry evenly until fragrant.

Add meatballs, water, stock essence, soy sauce, and pepper.

After boiling, add salt to taste.

Simmer for a while, add water starch to thicken, add coriander and sesame oil to season and serve.
