It's raining today and I don't want to get up too lazy to get up. I see there is still a section of lotus root at home. I happened to buy pork belly yesterday, so I might as well fry the lotus root box! 😜 It tastes very good, crispy and fragrant~😍

The ingredients are simple, the meat filling is freshly made, and the pork belly is seasoned with ingredients.

Wash the lotus root and cut it into two pieces without cutting in the middle.

Add meat filling.

Add flour, oats, and beer to eggs to make a crispy fried batter.

Dip in the crispy fried batter and put it in the pan.

Deep-fry both sides until crispy on the second pass.

Blot off excess oil.

Sprinkle some cumin powder and it tastes great!
