Fried steamed buns are a very unique local snack. When I was a kid, I didn’t understand why steamed buns could be fried in water! Leeks nourish the liver, strengthen the spleen and stomach, and prevent constipation. You can eat them in moderation to maintain your health

Mix the flour and soy flour evenly to form a dough of moderate hardness
