Cut the pork into shreds and marinate with salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, and starch for 20 minutes.

Add salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, starch, and a small amount of water to the bowl and stir evenly.

Heat oil in a pan, add shredded ginger and thirteen spices.
