Green onion alkaline noodles and sesame pancakes
Overview
I’m at home on the weekend. I don’t have any steamed buns at home. Let’s make some cakes to eat😊

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare a basin and put in one and a half pounds of flour. I used less than half a bowl of noodles and made nine pancakes. Let’s take a look at the proportions.
-
Add salt, five-spice powder, salt and pepper, sesame oil, edible alkali, yeast powder and baking powder to the flour, and stir everything evenly with chopsticks.
-
Chop the green onions, add the chopped green onions to the flour, and then add an egg.
-
Prepare a bowl of warm water, slowly pour it into the flour, and stir while adding water until all the flour is mixed into a ball.
-
After kneading the dough on the surface, apply a thin layer of oil in the bowl.
-
Put the dough into a basin, cover the pot and let it ferment. It will take about half an hour to rise.
-
Wait until the dough has doubled in size and looks quite soft, then prepare to make pancakes.
-
Divide the dough in the basin into three parts, take out one piece, sprinkle some dry flour on it, knead it into long strips and divide it into three pieces.
-
Put some sesame seeds on each dough, and then dry the dough into dough.
-
The dried dough pieces are fermented for a second time, which will take about fifteen minutes.
-
After preheating the electric baking pan, apply rapeseed oil, use medium heat, and press the pancake button.
-
Put the dough cake into the preheated electric baking pan. After it is set, brush a layer of rapeseed oil on the cake, close the lid of the electric baking pan and heat it up and down.
-
After one side turns yellow, turn over and cover the other side with the electric pan lid, press the crisp button to heat, and wait until both sides turn yellow.
