After slaughtering the loach, wash it with water;

Drain.

Put into a large bowl;

Pour in five-spice steamed pork powder;

Mix everything into a plate and put it on the steamer;

Turn on high heat and steam over medium heat for 15 minutes.

Mix shredded ginger, shredded garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, monosodium glutamate, spicy oil, sesame oil, and peppercorns into a sauce.

After turning off the heat, simmer for 10 minutes before opening the lid;

Pour the sauce on top and sprinkle with green onions.
