Steps
-
Soak and wash the pork neck bones and then boil them in cold water. Add star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, cloves, angelica, vanilla, dried chilies, kaempferol, ginger and garlic to the pot.
-
Boil the pork neck bones for one hour, skim off the floating residue, remove and let cool, then cut into thin slices.
-
Prepare the seasonings for the secret oil sauce.
-
Pour all the seasonings into the pot, heat over low heat, and remove the seasonings when all the aroma comes out.
-
Add the chili segments, chili flakes, pepper powder, cumin, sesame seeds, and stir-fried peeled and crushed peanuts into the oil pan at the same time. Stir-fry over low heat until the aroma of the spices overflows. Turn off the heat and stir for another 2 minutes to prevent the remaining heat from burning the spices.
-
Arrange the pork neck bone slices on a plate.
-
Pour in the newly fried secret oil sauce, sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve!
