Chili peppers and fungus are ready

Wash and cut celery and side vegetables

First use oil, scallions, ginger, garlic and pepper.

Add beef that has been marinated in soy sauce, Sichuan peppercorns, pepper and soy sauce. Stir-fry repeatedly, adding a spoonful of vinegar in between.

Add the fungus and warm water to the ingredients. Cook over high heat for 5 minutes, add salt in the middle, and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
